Harley-Davidson has been working hard to open new markets for themselves of late. Inverted forks, triple disc brakes, and even a new XR1200 roadracing series sponsored in conjunction with Vance & Hines is a direct appeal to the sport bike crowd. H-D has also targeted younger demographics with options such as the Sportster 883 Iron and Low versions. These bikes offer a less-expensive entryway into the factory’s lineup with retro-bobber styling that may appeal to successful twenty-somethings.
